We loved... read more our room, the bed was so comfy that it was hard to get up in the morning! The retreat has 2 pools and they are so cozy that the pool cabanas became our office for the week. A big thank to the staff that was always smiling and happy to assist. We’ll definitely be back!

The delicious food that was made in the kitchen was so good, I really didn’t wish to eat elsewhere. Every meal I tried from the menu was so good and nutritious and the smoothie bowls are Amazing. The open air yoga classes and chalet were a highlight everyday along with a top quality massage in the day spa. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a relaxing slower pace of life holiday who is looking for great value for money , customer service in a relaxed setting to not look past staying at Mana Yoga Retreat. The room was beautiful, bed was super comfortable, air con worked well, has a great outdoor bathroom and a nice verandah looking over the pool.
Everything was well maintained.
Staff are really pleasant, breakfast was good and although there is a great menu for lunch and dinner, Mana is an easy walk into the main Kuta precinct where there are plenty of dining options.
We did yoga classes with Anton and Kate, both are wonderful instructors and we’ve left feeling a lot looser.
The only negative that I would mention is that smoking is permitted at Mana, in the dining/cafe space, it just seems ironic that a facility with an overall emphasis on health and well being would allow such a known health risk. We don’t smoke and prefer not to inhale passive smoke either.
Apart from this our stay at Mana Yoga Retreat was just what we needed, pure relaxation, a perfect way to start our holiday.
