I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for tranquility, wellness, and outstanding hospitality. My stay at Mana Eco Retreat was absolutely amazing! The hotel is truly a quiet oasis in Kuta — peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax and recharge and do daily yoga of great quality. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They help you with anything. The food is absolutely delicious, with fresh and healthy options that make every meal a pleasure. The yoga and Pilates classes are amazing — I loved the vinyasa flow from Steph and Chacha, and also the grounding Hatha class from Dea. They also have a spa. The treatments are deeply relaxing. You can walk to Kuta village and the beach oe rent a scooter or taxi to go to other beaches. I stayed in a room, which was spacious and very beautiful with the outdoor bathroom.

Mana is a dream! Paradise in the heart of Kuta. Serves as the best retreat from the downtown busyness. The beds, bathrooms, pool, gardens, food, all the awesome areas to read, work etc are so well thought out and high quality. Loved the yoga, yin and Pilates sessions and my full body massage from Emmy was incredible! She has magic hands!!! All the staff are so so so so kind. Thank you, Mana! I’ll be back :)

Wat een fijne plek is dit zeg. Ik kwam hier voor een yoga les, en deze was echt heel erg fijn. Het restaurant dat er bij zit serveert fantastische drankjes en gerechten. De sfeer is echt geweldig!

I did my YTT here at Mana in Feb2026 and it was truly amazing! Mana is the ideal location for a YTT since you get such a relaxing, calm, beautiful and safe environment. The staff is exceptional and makes you feel at home the moment you arrive. The spa directly next to the garden rooms was one of my favorite things and it is the best way to end an intensive training day! The teachers Charlotte and Chacha created such a wholesome place for all of us and I learned so much from these two during the 3 weeks! They pour so much love and experience into this training - I can only recommend it! We were a small group of 8 people in the end- and I think that is really special compared to other YTTs (it is normally a bit more but still stays pretty small).

I spent 3 weeks at Manas for my Yoga Teacher Training, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It is a wonderful little hideaway; even though you’re in Kuta, the hustle and bustle feels miles away. The garden is absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to chill between sessions. As a student, it was the perfect backdrop because the staff took care of everything, allowing us to focus entirely on our practice. We felt so comfortable and looked after. Highly recommend for for a YTT or a regular vacation!
