We believe in the important of providing an intimate experience where all guests can receive individual attention.
Intentional yoga practices that will leave you feeling strong, calm and inspired to connect with yourself on a deeper level.
Workshops designed to help you connect with, express and celebrate your feminine energy and qualties through various practices and techniques.
Our teachers and serene retreat center create a supportive environment for you to release and reconnect with yourself alongside other like-minded women.
It is essential for women to give back to themselves as much as they do for others. Together, we’ll soften, surrender, practice with devotion, laugh, cry, dance, and fill ourselves with love. It’s time to give back to yourself and rediscover your true nature.

Maddie believes that everyone deserves to deeply know, understand, love, and accept themselves fully, and that this journey is possible through Yoga and Meditation practices, Rituals and loving community. Maddie started her first Yoga Teacher Training training in 2019, continuing to study different styles of yoga as well as Reiki healing and Holistic Counselling. She teaches intentional and centering practices with a focus on student’s emotional wellbeing, aiming to guide them towards quality time with their authentic selves.
Chloe strongly believes that intentional yoga practice can be potent medicine if we listen to what we need each time we step onto the mat.
Chloe is drawn to healing practices that remind us of our true essence as nature, those which call us to live in flow with the cycles of our bodies and the outside world. There is often an echo of the wisdom of Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, woven through the framework of her classes, guiding you to connect back to the part of yourselves that is pure presence through the methodology of tantra, hatha yoga and inner listening.
