I did not do any yoga classes due to an injury, but they looked great and there was a selection of many types of yoga throughout the day. I would definitely stay here again!

Pleasantly surprised - We had an amazing stay at Mana Resort. Clean rooms and pleasant staff.

Outdoor shower and bath area, giving the resort feel.
Only disappointment was the Spa services which was expensive and not up to par given the prices we had to pay. They also made an error in our booking.

I made use of the movie nights, did yoga and even made some new friends to enjoy fun nights out with. Mana is a great stay if your are solo, with family, friends or lovers :)

Laundry service and motobike rental are very close by and supermarkets, warungs, restaurants and bars are all at walking distance.

The grounds were beautifully maintained and featured 2 pools. Staff where friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The open air yoga classes and chalet were a highlight everyday along with a top quality massage in the day spa. The quality of the class it's amazing but the teachers are what i liked the most. Always there for us, kind and smily and i never felt alone. The stuff was always very nice. They were always asking that everything was ok, helping in everything you could need even after my stance there. I can just be grateful and impatient to go back again :)

The room was beautiful, bed was super comfortable, air con worked well, has a great outdoor bathroom and a nice verandah looking over the pool.
Everything was well maintained.
Staff are really pleasant, breakfast was good and although there is a great menu for lunch and dinner, Mana is an easy walk into the main Kuta precinct where there are plenty of dining options.
We did yoga classes with Anton and Kate, both are wonderful instructors and we’ve left feeling a lot looser.
The only negative that I would mention is that smoking is permitted at Mana, in the dining/cafe space, it just seems ironic that a facility with an overall emphasis on health and well being would allow such a known health risk. We don’t smoke and prefer not to inhale passive smoke either.
Apart from this our stay at Mana Yoga Retreat was just what we needed, pure relaxation, a perfect way to start our holiday.

The food was not only delicious but very healthy, sizeable, and inexpensive relative to other options around town. Mana provides a number of yoga classes, relaxing movie nights, a quiet atmosphere and very friendly people, which made leaving the grounds unnecessary. Tatianna was wonderful to speak with and very helpful setting me up with surfing lessons. She knew everyone by name and that helped create a very personal touch. The spa treatment was amazing and I definitely recommended this place to another traveler in Bali who decided to pass through Lombok. Would highly recommend to folks.
