Coming from an athletic background he initially found the practice of yoga as a way to complement all his sports activities. What started out as a purely physical practise eventually evolved into a spiritual one when he realized that the practice could help him navigate and lead a way of life that truly resonates with his soul. He brings in his experiences in life to his teachings and likes to let the students flow placing high emphasis on safe alignment at the same time moving with the breath.
