Designed to maximise guest privacy and comfort, each independent bungalow includes one king and one queen bed (queen bed is situated in an internal loft). A private terrace opens onto our spacious tropical garden.
Our spaciously designed Cabanas are perfect for 2 or 3 people. Guests can choose from: 1 king sized bed; or 2 single beds. The couch can convert to an additional single bed for a 3rd person. Each room has its own private garden, a spacious balcony and pool views. A large outside bathroom includes a tropical shower and bathtub. Extra amenities include a water kettle with coffee and tea, mini-fridge, hairdryer and desk.
Start your day with a rejuvenating private group yoga session. Awaken the body and mind through various alignment-based yoga practices. Each class is adapted to please every level of practice by offering different variations allowing every student to feel rewarded and challenged. The first yoga session starts at 8:00 a.m. until 9:15 a.m. followed by tasty and healthy breakfast options.
After a morning enjoying your spa treatment, surfing, or simply exploring the beaches and surroundings of Kuta Lombok, you can enjoy some downtime and lunch to be followed up with more yoga, dinner, movie vibes, or a drink in town.

Our instructors Elizabeth, Ella-Rose, Alvin and Anton are teaching with soul, passion and years of experience creating a safe and nurturing practice for every individual. Our teachers bring their own style and experience onto the mat offering you the opportunity to practice different approaches and styles guiding you through a journey of self-discovery and transformation. In the retreats you have an unlimited access to all our yoga classes, allowing you to choose different times and styles.
Co-founder of Mana Retreat, Evie’s love for travel, adventure, surf, and yoga brought her to Indonesia in 2013. Evie’s classes gently support, strengthen, and stretch one’s body, incorporating postures from various yoga disciplines while responding intuitively to the student’s needs. Through clear alignment cues and instructions, Evie challenges and rewards every student with results that benefit both body and mind. She likes to put some playful elements into her classes as she believes that it is a happy talent to know how to play and to find joy on your mat.
Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, Alvin has always been in love with the power of movement. Coming from an athletic background he initially found the practice of yoga as a way to complement all his sports activities. What started out as a purely physical practise eventually evolved into a spiritual one when he realized that the practice could help him navigate and lead a way of life that truly resonates with his soul. He brings in his experiences in life to his teachings and likes to let the students flow placing high emphasis on safe alignment at the same time moving with the breath.
Born and raised in Lombok, Anton started his dedicated Yoga Practice when he began working for Mana Retreat in 2014. He is known as the strong and bendable yogi on the mat. His amazing body awareness, his kindness and his attention for every student makes Anton a naturally talented and dedicated teacher. Anton`s classes are uplifting and offer something to students of every level.
Ella-Rose is an accredited Exercise Physiologist with a special interest in injury management, neurological rehabilitation and holistic health. Ella-Rose has also been a clinical Pilates teacher for 10 years. Ella-Rose’s deep and profound knowledge of the human body and compassionate nature allows her to integrate both alignment and energy into her classes. She guides students safely and gently on a physical and emotional journey to deepen the mind-body connection, whilst embracing playfulness! Ella is also available for private yoga therapy consultations and sports physiology advice.
Elizabeth Jane “EJ” Brumfield (E-RYT 500, Certified Sound Healer & Breathwork Facilitator) brings a lovely essence of playfulness, knowledge and spirituality to her immersions and trainings. She has lead multiple teacher trainings around the world from Malta to India. To her yoga medicine is a beautiful catalyst to return to our inquisitive, joyful natural self. She has been teaching, studying, and sharing yoga all over the world, for over 6 years and seeks to bring more connection, play and joy to everyone she meets!
